Summary:
This project focuses on antibacterial activity of Bacillus species isolated from soil samples collected from Lalitpur, Kalanki, Kathmandu, and Lamjung. The study involved both primary and secondary screening to evaluate their antibacterial potential, emphasizing the importance of soil microorganisms from diverse ecological niches as promising sources for novel antimicrobial agents.
