GSK-Microsoft Premonition to Accelerate Global Lymphatic Filariasis Elimination: a pilot study in Nepal.

Project Summary:
The research is designed to identify and capture mosquito vectors using pre- programed lures and algorithms, validate the mosquito species and number captured, compare the abundance, species composition in alternative mosquitoes, determine the presence of W. bancrofti in the captured mosquito species and examine the relationship between the spatial-temporal distributions of mosquito vectors and environmental factors.
